Poor quality for what should be a simple toolSep 12, 2008
By footnote On first use, the tape jammed and got stuck between the plastic frame, making it very difficult to wind the tape out or in. This is a poorly designed product. There doesn't seem to be any solution to the problem, and it has continued to happen for the months I have used it.

Good, sturdy productOct 27, 2009
By Steve G This is a good sturdy project for most wiring projects. Yes, it is a little hard to wind the tape back up, but I think that is because of how sturdy the wheel is made. I have owned this device for about five years. Occasionally the tip will get twisted and I trim it back with a wire cutters. There is plenty of tape so it doesn't seem to be a problem.
