1Poor quality for what should be a simple toolSep 12, 2008

On first use, the tape jammed and got stuck between the plastic frame, making it very difficult to wind the tape out or in. This is a poorly designed product. There doesn't seem to be any solution to the problem, and it has continued to happen for the months I have used it.

4Good, sturdy productOct 27, 2009

This is a good sturdy project for most wiring projects. Yes, it is a little hard to wind the tape back up, but I think that is because of how sturdy the wheel is made. I have owned this device for about five years. Occasionally the tip will get twisted and I trim it back with a wire cutters. There is plenty of tape so it doesn't seem to be a problem.
